2018年，陈思安用小说影视改编的版权费，搭建了戏剧创作孵化平台“声嚣”，通过剧本朗读和工作坊，鼓励直面当下的原创写作，让尚未成熟的剧本有机会与观众见面。孵化项目不好做，剧院更依赖经过市场检验的文本。温方伊也做过孵化计划的评审，亲眼看到了年轻创作者有多难。“剧院会判断市场想要什么。如果觉得市场无法接受，他们承担不了孵化的代价，就不会有后续。”
